11:01 - 日蓮宗総本山の身延山久遠寺の総門から登山口まで散策
久遠寺でお参りしていざ身延山へ、５キロの道のりを山頂に向けてトレッキング。自分を追い込め！
13:30 - 山頂で一休み
13:50 - パワーマックス！千本杉
15:45 修行者の宿場、赤沢宿に到着
16:20 - 二つの霊山に挟まれた、自然と伝統の赤沢宿でのびのびヨガ。
17:20 - 心を磨け。皆んなで瞑想。
17:30 - 赤沢宿ただ一つの旅館「江戸屋」に宿泊。運が良ければ９０歳の大女将のおばあちゃんから昔のお話が聞けるかも。
・２１日
06:00 - 修行者の朝は早い！
07:30 - いざ七面山へ！片道約４時間！大自然を感じ、山頂を目指せ！
12:00 - 山頂に到着！修行者の特権、山頂からの壮大な景色をその眼に焼き付けろ！
敬慎院で一休み
13:00 - 最後の修行。皆んなで山下り
17:00 - 皆様お疲れ様でした。

【赤沢宿について】
山間を流れる早川に沿って進んでいき、途中で横道に入っていく。細く急な山道を登っていくと、江戸時代をそのまま持ってきたような美しい街並みが広がっている。赤沢宿だ。
目の前には日蓮宗の霊山七面山がそびえ立ち、後ろには同じく日蓮宗総本山の身延山があり２つの山を結ぶ宿場町として多くの参拝客を迎えてきた。
古来より、身延山 − 赤沢宿 − 七面山というルートは修行道として歩かれました。
大自然の中を歩き、先人の修行者の足跡を感じ、失われつつある日本の古き良き伝統を見つけに行きませんか？

11:01 - Walk around the Kuen Temple which is a head temple of Nichiren sect.
Lets trek Mt. Minobu, distance of six kilometers to the top.
13:30 - Have a break at the top of the mountain.
13:50 - One Thousand Cedar trees
15:45 - Akasawa vill
16:20 - Yoga
17:20 - Meditation
17:30 - Ryokan `Edoya`
21st June
06:00 - Wake up
07:30 - Go to Mt. Shichimen
12:00 - Have a break at the top of the mountain
13:00 - Go down the mountain

【About Akasawa】
Akasawa - Juku is a small village in Yamanashi prefecture, located between Mt. Ninobu where you will find the head temple of the Nichiren sect and Mt. Shichimen which
is also the sacred mountain of the Nichiren sect. During the Meiji to Showa era (1868-1945), Akasawa-Juku prospered as a post - town for the Nichiren sacred worshippers.
The village still retains the atmosphere and the appearance of the old days. You will feel as though you have stepped back in time to the good old days when life seemed a little simpler.
