16:20 二つの霊山に挟まれた、自然と伝統の赤沢宿でのびのびヨガ。瞑想
18:00 赤沢宿ただ一つの旅館「江戸屋」にて夕食、宿泊。
運が良ければ９０歳の大女将のおばあちゃんから昔のお話が聞けるかも。

赤沢宿
山間を流れる早川に沿って進んでいき、途中で横道に入っていく。
細く急な山道を登っていくと、江戸時代をそのまま持ってきたような美しい街並みが広がっている。
赤沢宿だ。 目の前には日蓮宗の霊山七面山がそびえ立ち、後ろには同じく日蓮宗総本山の身延山があり二つの山を結ぶ宿場町として多くの参拝客を迎えてきた。
古来より、身延山 ー 赤沢宿 ー 七面山というルートは修行道として歩かれてきた。
先人の修行者の道を歩き、失われつつある古き良き日本を見つけに行きませんか。

【About Akasawa】
Akasawa - Juku is a small village in Yamanashi prefecture, located between Mt. Ninobu where you will find the head temple of the Nichiren sect and Mt. Shichimen which
is also the sacred mountain of the Nichiren sect. During the Meiji to Showa era (1868-1945), Akasawa-Juku prospered as a post - town for the Nichiren sacred worshippers.
The village still retains the atmosphere and the appearance of the old days. You will feel as though you have stepped back in time to the good old days when life seemed a little simpler.

Walk around the Kuen Temple which is a head temple of Nichiren sect.
Take ropeway to the top of Mt. Minobu.
Lunch at the top of the mountain.

18:00 Dinner & stay at the Edoya - Ryokan (Japanese style hotel)
